No. 1137 <br />San Ramon Village Company - to rezone from <br />the I-G-3 ac. (General Industry 3-acre min- <br />imum lot size) District, to the I-G-40,000 <br />(General Industry 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot <br />size) District, that property described as <br />Parcel 6, 14-2 and a portion of Parcel 4 of <br />Alameda County Assessor's Book No. 941, Bloc <br />1301, or more commonly known as the San Ramos <br />Village Company industrial property in the <br />southwest quadrant of Interstate ~~580 and <br />Hopyard Road, Pleasanton. <br />Mr. Henry Farrell, representing San Ramon <br />Village Company was present. <br />(There was discussion on why the applicant <br />',wanted to change the zoning on this property <br />~,as it would result in a reduced zoning. Mr. <br />,Farrell replied that this action was in <br />'compliance with the tentative map ~~3352. <br />Chairman Garrigan asked if this matter has <br />been brought before the Industrial Committee; <br />and Mr. Farrell replied that several months <br />ago Mr. Brown was invited to discuss the <br />marketing of promotion programs. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />The Commission felt that they wanted a re- <br />sponse from the Industrial Committee and thi. <br />matter was continued until the next regular <br />meeting of December 14, 1971. <br />John Wallace and Peggy Plato - site plan, <br />landscaping and architectural review to alloy <br />the construction of a four-plex to be locates <br />on the southwest corner of Vineyard Ave. and <br />Mavis Drive on Lot 1 of Tract 2547 in a <br />RM-2500 (Multiple) District, Pleasanton. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: <br />Absent: <br />This application was continued from the Desi~n <br />Review meeting to the full Commission. <br />- 5 - <br />
