4y$AS"~ ~°y CITY of PLEASANTdN <br />~~ ~~;. <br />4~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />HMSO t <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D C18 December 14, 1971 <br />Time : s:oo PM <br />PIG C8: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />it would appear that the primary streets to <br />be used will be the future extension of <br />Marten Avenue, West Las Positas Blvd. and <br />the service road parallel to Interstate #58 <br />Mx. Castro further pointed out to the Commis <br />sion that there will be some use of Fairland <br />Drive since it is a major collector street <br />and in all probability it will be used by <br />some of the residents. Mr. Castro further <br />presented various exhibits to the Planning <br />Commission depicting various types of <br />circulation patterns that might be recom- <br />mended to the Council. <br />In conclusion, the staff reaffirmed its <br />recommendation for the circulation patterns <br />as previously noted and approved. <br />Chairman Garrigan then entered a resolution <br />to approve tentative map 3161 with all staf <br />recommendations under the original staff <br />report. This was seconded and carried <br />unanimously. <br />TENTATIVE MAP <br />Tract 3133, Cont. Fairlands Unit ~~9, Tentative Map Tr. 3133. <br />to January 11, 1972 <br />As stated on the staff report, the applican <br />has requested a continuance to January 11, <br />1972. The Commission agreed to continue <br />this matter until the next regular meeting. <br />REFERRALS FR~I John Wallace and Peggy Plato - regarding <br />CITY COUNCIL denial of a four-plex for Lot 1 of Tract <br />Z-71-108, Denial 2547, generally located at the southwest <br />reaffirmed corner of Mavis and Vineyard Avenue. <br />Mr. Castro advised the Commission that the <br />matter of the John Wallace and Peggy Plato <br />application was appealed to the City Council <br />and that in the Council's deliberations it <br />was generally concluded that they wished <br />the matter to be returned back to the <br />Motion: X <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: X <br />Noes: <br />Abstain: X X <br />Absent: <br />- 9 - <br />
