41'~ ~L <br />AsAN~° CITY of PLEASANTdN <br />~ ~,~ • • <br />`~~~~° Planning Commission <br />~MMiO S <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D Ot8 December 14, 1971 <br />Time ; 8:00 PM <br />P~OCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />PLANNED UNZT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />P.U.D.-71-1, Cont. <br />to January 11, 1972 <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />Heritage Valley, Tract 3184, Morrison Homes. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Mr. Castro reported that the staff did not <br />receive one of the exhibits in time for the <br />meeting and therefore asked that it be <br />continued. <br />The Commission concurred and this will be <br />heard January 11, 1972. <br />Study District for currently zoned properties <br />tributary to Sunol Sewage Plant. <br />Mr. Castro reported on the Council's <br />directive to compile an inventory of currentl <br />zoned properties within the area tributary <br />to the Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant with <br />the possibility of rezoning or placing <br />within a interim Study District. <br />Mr. Campbell then described the exhibits <br />depicting the residential areas involved. <br />He advised that if all this property is <br />added up it would exceed the sewer capacity. <br />Though all these properties would not develop <br />at one time, it was suggested that a compila- <br />tion be made of said areas for possible <br />rezoning to a Study District. It was <br />reported that this would total 1,105 dwelling <br />units. <br />The Commission was in agreement that this <br />should be considered for rezoning and asked <br />that public hearings be scheduled and <br />advertised. All property owners involved <br />will be notified by mail. <br />- 7 - <br />
