No. 1143 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT UP -71-28, Approved Res. No. 1144 PRECISE PLAN LINE Railroad Avenue Continued until January 25, 1972 H. C. Elliott, Inc. - to rezone from the RM-4000 multiple area to the R-1-6500, approximately two acres within Tract 3161. Mr. Castro reported that a letter was receivE from the applicant agreeing to the rezoning. There was brief discussion and as this was in accordance with the Commission's previous recommendation, there were no questions. A resolution was entered and passed to approve said rezoning. Pleasanton Joint School District - a conditic use permit to allow the construction of an elementary school on the property commonly known as the Fairlands school site located on West Las Positas Blvd. opposite Suffolk Way, Pleasanton. The applicant was not present. As there were no questions, the public hearing was closed. Chairman Carrigan entered a resolution to 'approve said application with all staff recommendations. This was seconded and carried unanimously. Precise Plan Line for Railroad Avenue - application of the City of Pleasanton for the establishment of precise plan lines for Railroad Avenue between Division Street and Spring Street, Pleasanton. There was brief discussion and the City Attorney asked for a continuance on this matter. Continuance was granted until January 25, 1972.
