No. 1142 <br />The meeting was reconvened. <br />',San Ramon Village Company - to rezone from <br />',the IG-3 ac. (General Industrial 3 acre <br />(minimum lot size) District, to the IG-40,000 <br />(General Industry 40,000 sq. ft. minimum <br />lot size) District, that property described <br />as Parcel 6, 14-1 and a portion of Parcel 4 I' <br />of Alameda County Assessor s Book No. 941, <br />Block 1301, or more commonly known as the <br />San Ramon Village Company industrial propert~ <br />in the southwest quadrant of Interstate ~~5B0~ <br />I~ and Hopyard Road, Pleasanton. <br />AND <br />TENTATIVE i~1AP <br />Tract 3352, Approved <br />Res. No. 1141 <br />San Ramon Village Company. <br />These two matters were considered together. <br />Chairman Garrigan read a letter from the <br />Industrial Committee and expressed his own <br />concern that there is a need for smaller <br />parcels.
