Bruno re- <br />garding the Vallarino property, 3887-97 <br />Vineyard Avenue, Pleasanton. <br />Mr. Castro briefly outlined the corresponde <br />regarding the above mentioned property. <br />The Commission felt that the questions asks <br />in the letter either could be answered by <br />checking the Ordinance or could not be <br />answered definitely at this time, especiall <br />in regard to sewage hook-up. It was furthe <br />suggested that Ma. Bruno be advised that <br />this property will be included in the Study <br />District of areas tributary to the Sunol <br />Sewage Plant. <br />Donald E. Mr. Castro <br />reviewed the previous time extension on <br />this property which allowed an extension <br />to March 9, 1972 for demolition of the <br />present building on the site. <br />John P. Corley, representing the applicant, <br />was present. He explained that this request <br />would be fora temporary use of the building <br />until April 20th.
