It was also asked that a copy of <br />said response be directed to Congressmen <br />Waldie and Teague, VCSD and Valley Planning <br />Committee, and the City of Livermore. This <br />motion was seconded and carried unanimously. <br />Arrow Rentals - renewal of Use Permit for <br />Arrow Rentals, 4301 Valley Avenue, Pleasa <br />(Western Sierra complex). <br />Mr. Castro explained that this use permit <br />expired in September, but the staff report <br />asks that prior to renewal clarification <br />be made on the applicant's status at this <br />site. <br />Commissioner Hirst noted that this property <br />is now for sale and the lease could be <br />revoked. <br />The Public Works Department wanted to know <br />the status of the fence and street improve- <br />ments to be made at this property. <br />Bud Ward of Grubb ~ Ellis, representing the <br />applicant was present and confirmed that <br />this property is for sale. <br />- 6 - <br />
