The <br />meetings of February 8th and 15th will be <br />devoted to the Homan and Stoneson presenta- <br />tion. <br />A resident from the Val Vista area asked if <br />staff reports would be made available to <br />residents. It was stated that it is hoped <br />that the Homeowners Associations will be <br />provided with reports. The Val Vista <br />resident was advised by the Chairman to <br />contact Mr. Castro approximately February is <br />for information on receiving a report. This <br />matter was continued until February 8th. <br />H. C. Elliott - to allow a model home <br />complex and sales office to be located on <br />Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 of Tract 3096 <br />located at Gamay Court, Pleasa nton. <br />Commissioner Hirst noted that this is a <br />typical home garage being converted to a <br />sales office. He suggested that Condition <br />~2 be modified to state that sales office <br />be converted back to garage. <br />With respect to the drive-way openings, <br />this matter is to be clarified by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />The applicant was not present. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the public <br />hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Pons entered a resolution to <br />approve said application.
