It was determi <br />that the building plans were labeled 18 feet <br />and it was during plan checking that this <br />discrepancy was noticed. <br />r. Carper stated that the materials were <br />rdered with the 18 foot length and are now <br />n the site. <br />s no one else wished to speak, the public <br />Baring was closed. <br />The Commission felt that they approved the <br />20 feet lengths and the mistake did not <br />lie with incorrect approval on their part, <br />so it was up to the applicant to comply with <br />the conditions of approval. <br />Commissioner Wood entered a resolution to <br />deny this application. It was seconded and <br />carried unanimously. <br />It was further stated that prior to construct <br />any add-on panel, staff approval by the <br />Planning Division will be required before <br />proceeding with the entire pro3ect. <br />REZONING Willow West Properties and Title Insurance <br />RZ-71-12 and and Trust Co. - regional center and P.U.D. <br />RZ-71-13, Continued application of Homart, Inc. <br />public hearing was opened. <br />There were questions regarding the method of <br />presentation. Mr. Castro explained that this <br />report will be extensive and will be dis- <br />cussed during the month of February. He <br />asked that the Commission continue this until <br />February 8th, at which time the staff will <br />provide a comparative analysis for the benefi <br />of the Commission. He further explained that <br />the staff will submit a staff recommendation <br />- 3 - <br />
