C. Elliott Corp. He referred to Parcel <br />946-2475-11 in the Vintage Hills area. Mr. <br />Braden advised that this area has had three <br />subdivision maps filed on it, and it is no <br />longer one single parcel as shown by the <br />parcel number. He indicated that there i.s <br />234 6,500 sq. ft. lots. He does not feel <br />there is any question what the use will be. <br />Regarding circulation, the developer has <br />provided their share of roadways and has <br />contributed financially to revisions in the <br />Sunol plant. He did this in good faith bases <br />on the assumption that it would mean he souls <br />build his lots. Mr. Elliott also has $33,00( <br />in plan checking fees outstanding as well as <br />$906,000 in bonds for this area. He requests <br />that his lands be withdrawn from further <br />consideration in the Study District. <br />d <br />Next, Mr. Lee Amaral, representing Mr. Schmi ig <br />under Parcel Numbers 94-80-5; 94-80-12-2 and <br />94-90-1-3, spoke. These lands lying on the <br />north side of Vineyard Avenue comprise 4 acr s. <br />Mr. Amaral stated that the property owners <br />relied on the General Plan when acquiring sa <br />property and that the staff's action at this <br />time has nothing to do with zoning but rathe <br />in a sewer problem. He feels that developee t <br />has been consistent with what was shown on <br />the Genera 1 Plan. <br />- 3 - <br />
