Review the circulation problems that <br />have developed in various parts of the City <br />because of current development. <br />2. Review certain types of land use or <br />existing zoning in the City. <br />3. Upon request of the City Council, review <br />undeveloped properties and their existing <br />zoning for the purpose of responding to <br />existing and proposed sewage capacities at <br />the Sunol Treat Plant. <br />Mr. Castro also indicated that the Study <br />District, once determined, will be in effect <br />for one year. Hopefully within that time <br />staff will be able to turn in a comprehensive <br />report of their findings and recomendation. <br />Mr. Castro then indicated on several maps the <br />RM Districts which are under study. He also <br />requested that the audience, in discussing <br />their individual situations, refer to their <br />,properties by the parcel number. Mr. Castro <br />indicated that if the Study District were <br />'not in effect, it would mean an additional <br />,1100 units in the City. <br />Vice Chairman Pons asked that a thorough <br />explanation be given to the audience on the <br />reason for this Study District. <br />Mr. Castro reviewed the properties of greater <br />',concern to the department. These properties <br />',are those on Vineyard Avenue, due primarily <br />to the concern presently expressed on the <br />(number of multiples for this area as indicate <br />~~on the General Plan, especially the properti <br />'on the north side of Vineyard Avenue. <br />In addition, the properties in the Vintage <br />Hills area, especially the shopping center <br />site, also the property fronting on the <br />- 2 - <br />
