4y~,~-samTOy <br />CITY of PLEASANT~N <br />~~%. <br />v w +O <br />~° Planning Commission <br />~IIY i~ S <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dafe : January 25, 1972 <br />Time : 7:0o PM <br />PIOCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Herman Trutner, representing Mission Parr <br />Investment Company spoke next. The owners <br />objected strenuously to this Study District. <br />He referred to an agreement dated March 4, <br />1962 between the City and the property owner: <br />which indicated that there would be adequate <br />sewage capacity for the lands when developmei <br />took place. Under these circumstances, he <br />felt the City should withdraw his client's <br />property from the Study District. <br />Mr. John Corley, representing Alma Isola and <br />Eda Zavattaro spoke next. Their Parcel <br />Number is 946-2528-2-2, located on Vineyard <br />'Avenue. This parcel is adjacent to the <br />Wallace-Plato property and next door to the <br />,existing apartments owned by John Stanley. <br />~iHe also requested that the property be <br />~Iwithdrawn from the Study District, as the <br />owners did rely on the General Plan inter- <br />pretation. <br />'Mr. Bill Amis of Pleasanton Greens, also <br />expressed his concern with the Study Districl <br />Felt it would definitely jeopardize financing <br />for their housing project. <br />Mr. Douglas Safreno, owner of Parcels 94-70- 2 <br />and 94-70-13, requested information on what <br />the Study District was about. This was done <br />He also asked how the taxing of these lands <br />would be conducted. Discussion followed on <br />this matter. <br />Mr. Don Watson, Parcel 94-90-2-3, requested <br />that consideration be given to withdrawing <br />his property from the Study District. Pre- <br />sently, his mother-in-law resides there and <br />he requested that she be permitted to con- <br />tinue to do so. <br />Mr. John Mullins, Parcel 94-151-13, located <br />on Rose Avenue. Although not active now, <br />for years he had his plumbing business there <br />and wanted to know its status should he desi e <br />resuming his plumbing business at that locat on. <br />- 4 - <br />
