Data January 25, 1972 Time : 7:00 PM PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MINUTES MEETING OPEN FOR AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS PLANNING COMMISSION REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA PRIORITY ITEM - PUBLIC HEARING Study District, Continued Commissioners present: Hirst, Wood and Vice Chairman Pons. Commissioners absent: Perei~ and Chairman Garrigan. Upon motion of Commissioner Hirst, seconded by Vice Chairman Pons, the minutes of the meeting of December 14, 1971, were approved as submitted. Mr. Victor Bailey, 4565 Black Avenue, Pleasanton, commented on Item ~~11, which pertains to Kaiser's application for a reclamation project now before the Alameda County Planning Commission. He referred to the fact that the Valley was to have only one garbage dump site and that there is a regional report which indicates that should there be another dump site, it will be in the Antioch-Delta region, where the bogs are presently sinking. Mr. Castro requested that Item 7-b be contin ued to the meeting of March 14, 1972. Item 8a -applicant has requested that this matte be continued to the first meeting in March, which is also in compliance with the Chairma 's request. Item 8b; Mr. Castro explained that the matter should be removed from the agenda Study District - Properties tributary to the Sunol Blvd. Sewage Treatment Plant. Before the Public Hearing was opened, Vice Chairman announced that the Commission would take testimony until 8:00 PM, after which time if more people wished to speak, the matter would be held over to another meeting, Director of Community Development Castro explained the purpose for the Study District which is three-fold:
