4y~~-BANToy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~'o <br />.~.:o~-~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte January 25, 1972 <br />Time ; 7:00 <br />PIOCB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Review and discussion of developed implicati <br />imposed by the Heritage Tree Ordinance of th <br />City. <br />Mr. Castro indicated that this matter had <br />resolved at the staff level and the item <br />could be removed from the agenda. <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION Tentative Tract 3352, San Ramon Village <br />MAPS (Industrial Tract). <br />RZ-71-11 under the Resolution: <br />PUD procedure, App. Mx. Castro advised the Commission that he Seconded: <br />Res. No. 1155 had discussed the situation with the applica Ayes: <br />and they are agreeable to allowing their Noes: <br />development to go under the PUD procedure. He felt that not knowing <br />what kinds of specific uses will be placed <br />on these industrial parcels, it is difficult <br />to impose specific right-of-way demands, etc. <br />- 17 - <br />
