Otherwis <br />a minimum of 25 ft. of landscape will be use <br />depending on how the development comes about <br />In summary, Mr. Castro felt that this is a <br />workable scheme and the staff is more than <br />satisfied with the compromise arrangement <br />with the developer. <br />Mr. Hank Farrell of San Ramon Village Compan <br />was present and indicated that regarding <br />Condition No. 23, they did not know how this <br />is going to develop. However, in their pro- <br />motion and brochures for these industrial <br />lots, they intend to impose the conditions <br />which are part of this map. This would allo <br />a prospective buyer to note that ingress fro <br />Hopyard Road would not be permitted. Mr. <br />Farrell did indicate that he would like to <br />propose that "additional driveway permits <br />may be considered or can be presented to the <br />Commission for review." <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Upon resoluuion of Commissioner Wood, and <br />seconded by Commissioner Hirst, and carried, <br />the Commission approved RZ-71-11, under the <br />PUD procedure for I-G-One acre lots, as per <br />the tentative map as Exhibit A. <br />Upon resolution of Commissioner Hirst, secon <br />by Commissioner Wood and carried, the Com- <br />mission approved Tentative Tract Map 3352 <br />with the conditions as noted in a memorandum <br />dated January 18, 1972, and with the added <br />provisions as noted in Item No. 23. <br />Kaiser Reclamation Project - <br />Mr. Bill Edgar, City Manager, addressed the <br />Commission.
