Otherwis a minimum of 25 ft. of landscape will be use depending on how the development comes about In summary, Mr. Castro felt that this is a workable scheme and the staff is more than satisfied with the compromise arrangement with the developer. Mr. Hank Farrell of San Ramon Village Compan was present and indicated that regarding Condition No. 23, they did not know how this is going to develop. However, in their pro- motion and brochures for these industrial lots, they intend to impose the conditions which are part of this map. This would allo a prospective buyer to note that ingress fro Hopyard Road would not be permitted. Mr. Farrell did indicate that he would like to propose that "additional driveway permits may be considered or can be presented to the Commission for review." The Public Hearing was then closed. Upon resoluuion of Commissioner Wood, and seconded by Commissioner Hirst, and carried, the Commission approved RZ-71-11, under the PUD procedure for I-G-One acre lots, as per the tentative map as Exhibit A. Upon resolution of Commissioner Hirst, secon by Commissioner Wood and carried, the Com- mission approved Tentative Tract Map 3352 with the conditions as noted in a memorandum dated January 18, 1972, and with the added provisions as noted in Item No. 23. Kaiser Reclamation Project - Mr. Bill Edgar, City Manager, addressed the Commission. He stated that the application is now pending before the Alameda County Planning Commission.
