4y~~sAN~°~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~; <br />'~~~~° Planning Commission <br />~rrao <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGt@ : February 22, 1972 <br />Time : s:oo PM <br />PIG C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />There was discussion among the Commissioners <br />regarding the length of time for the Study <br />(District and Commissioner Hirst entered a <br />(resolution recommending to the City Council <br />that the properties indicated on the exhibit: <br />'be placed in a Study District for 60 days, <br />upending the outcome of the Cease and Desist <br />'i0rder on the Sunol Treatment Plant. This <br />resolution died for lack of a second. <br />Chairman Garrigan did not feel that all <br />properties should be reviewed together as the <br />.four individual areas indicate separate pro- <br />blems and should be studied on an individual <br />,basis. He suggested that the exhibit labeled <br />'Blow-up A be divided in half down Main Street <br />and reviewed as individual units. He further <br />..suggested that the Vintage Hills area be <br />reviewed individually. <br />City Attorney, Bill Hirst, indicated that he <br />would consult with Mr. Castro regarding this. <br />The Commission asked that the staff come back <br />in two weeks with a schedule of dates to <br />review the separated areas. <br />Chairman Garrigan entered a motion that <br />the Vintage Hills area (Units 7, 9 and 10) <br />be continued for two weeks pending review <br />by staff and applicant as to whether it mee t <br />the criteria by Council regarding this matter <br />This was seconded by Commissioner Pereira <br />and carried unanimously. ' <br />Chairman Garrigan moved that the matter of <br />Morrison Homes 16 acre parcel be continued <br />for two weeks pending staff and applicant <br />clarifying if that meets the criteria for <br />what was set forth by the Council. This <br />was seconded by Commissioner Hirst and ~~ <br />carried unanimously. <br />A motion was entered by Commissioner Hirst <br />that Pleasanton Greens be continued for two <br />weeks, pending further review by staff to <br />see if that property meets the criteria set <br />forth by Council.
