Mr. Castro
said yes.
Mr. Ted Fairfield, representing H. C. Elliott
was present. He indicated that on the
westerly half, with the exception of the C-F
lots, that land is already included in the
final map, which has been approved. The area
in the east half is included in the final
subdivision map and there is no way to changE
those street patterns.
He explained that the original owner of the
total property sold to Mr. Elliott and
Mr. Elliott has put up more than $30,000
in City fees on those two units. As a show
of good faith, Mr. Elliott agreed to go alo
with the multiple lot study on Tawny Drive,
but they cannot understand the inclusion of
the multiple lots in the study as they are
being developed. Mr. Fairfield requested
that the Commission exclude this property
as there is too much at stake.
Mx. Bud Lake, representing Morrison Homes,
was present. He referred to the letter from
Morrison Homes that was given to the Commissi
earlier. He reviewed the history of the
Creeks Bend property, which he referred to
as Parcel No. 946-3375-2-12.
Mr. Lake felt that the City has adequate
controls available to it in regard to the
development of this property other than
including this in the Study District.
In response to a question from Commissioner
Hirst, Mr. Lake indicated that a submittal
was made to the City in the form of a pre-
liminary tentative map.
Mr. William Amis, representing Pleasanton
Greens, informed the Commission that the
intent of the project remains the same as
before and indicated that the HUD funding
is noco imminent.
-9-
