Study District Properties - those propertie tributary to the Sunol Sewage Treatment Pla which were continued from the February 22, 1972 meeting. The Commission was given a letter from Morrison Homes prior to the opening of this matter and the Commission took time out to review this letter. Mr. Castro indicated that there are four parcels of land to be discussed; two Morris parcels on Black Avenue and the Creeks Bend property, plus the Pleasanton Greens develo ment and the properties in Vintage Hills. Beginning with Pleasanton Greens, Mr. Castr told the Commission that the staff had a meeting with representatives of the appli- cant and they advised that the project is still under consideration by HUD. Based on the testimony presented by the applicant, the staff-would recommend that the property not be considered for the Study District. Regarding Vintage Hills, due to the sub- division design, the staff has included several single-family lots in its recommen- dation. The Commission was advised that a submittal has been made to the staff as a For-Sale project, rather than Rental. Regarding Black Avenue properties, the parcels of land have been zoned fora number) of years. Morrison Homes has given no indication that they intend to develop it at this time. Possibly in the next year they may. The staff has no strong feeling regarding those parcels. -8-
