No. 1165, <br />Approved. <br />Study District Properties - those propertie <br />tributary to the Sunol Sewage Treatment Pla <br />which were continued from the February 22, <br />1972 meeting. <br />The Commission was given a letter from <br />Morrison Homes prior to the opening of this <br />matter and the Commission took time out to <br />review this letter. <br />Mr. Castro indicated that there are four <br />parcels of land to be discussed; two Morris <br />parcels on Black Avenue and the Creeks Bend <br />property, plus the Pleasanton Greens develo <br />ment and the properties in Vintage Hills. <br />Beginning with Pleasanton Greens, Mr. Castr <br />told the Commission that the staff had a <br />meeting with representatives of the appli- <br />cant and they advised that the project is <br />still under consideration by HUD. Based on <br />the testimony presented by the applicant, <br />the staff-would recommend that the property <br />not be considered for the Study District. <br />Regarding Vintage Hills, due to the sub- <br />division design, the staff has included <br />several single-family lots in its recommen- <br />dation. <br />Resolution: <br />:Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Regarding Creeks Bend, the staff felt that <br />this parcel should be under the Study Distri t <br />as there is no precise zoning on the propert <br />at this time. The Commission was advised <br />that a submittal has been made to the staff <br />as a For-Sale project, rather than Rental. <br />Regarding Black Avenue properties, the <br />parcels of land have been zoned fora number) <br />of years. Morrison Homes has given no <br />indication that they intend to develop it at <br />this time. Possibly in the next year they <br />may. The staff has no strong feeling <br />regarding those parcels. <br />-8- <br />
