4y~,~,saNToy <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~ '~~ • <br />,~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />AMY^O ~ <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR <br />D Ct8 ; March 14, 1972 <br />Time ; 8:00 PM <br />F~GCB; Pleasanton Justice <br />MEETING. <br />Court <br />The Commission indicated that they would be <br />agreeable to seta time limit on the permit. <br />As no one else wished <br />Hearing was closed. <br />MATTERS FOR <br />COMMISSION'S REVIEW <br />A resolution was entered by Chairman Garriga <br />approving Z-72-11 with the added condition <br />that a time limit of five years, or the com- <br />pletion of the Civic Center, whichever comes <br />first, be applied to this permit, and the <br />staff recommendations of the Planning and <br />Building Divisions, and with the recommendat <br />of the Public Works Department be worked out <br />between the applicant and the Public Works <br />Department. This was seconded and carried. <br />Morrison Homes - <br />of Lot 25, Tract <br />Pleasanton. <br />public street preserva3tion <br />2860 and Lot 69, Tract 309 <br />Mr. Castro displayed a rendering of the <br />specific tracts being referred to and pin- <br />pointed the particular lots which were <br />designated in yellow. The staff's feeling <br />is that this action would be premature as <br />the circulation patterns for surrounding <br />property must be resolved. <br />Mr. Dudley Frost, representing Morrison <br />Homes, was present and indicated that <br />Morrison Homes is interested in correcting <br />a situation with two vacant lots, which can <br />cause a problem in the neighborhood. He <br />also indicated that several people in the <br />audience were from this neighborhood. <br />Commission continued this matter until <br />first meeting in April. <br />ons <br />-7- <br />
