This was seconded and carried. <br />Morrison Homes - <br />of Lot 25, Tract <br />Pleasanton. <br />public street preserva3tion <br />2860 and Lot 69, Tract 309 <br />Mr. Castro displayed a rendering of the <br />specific tracts being referred to and pin- <br />pointed the particular lots which were <br />designated in yellow. The staff's feeling <br />is that this action would be premature as <br />the circulation patterns for surrounding <br />property must be resolved. <br />Mr. Dudley Frost, representing Morrison <br />Homes, was present and indicated that <br />Morrison Homes is interested in correcting <br />a situation with two vacant lots, which can <br />cause a problem in the neighborhood. He <br />also indicated that several people in the <br />audience were from this neighborhood. <br />Commission continued this matter until <br />first meeting in April. <br />ons <br />-7- <br />
