4y~~SAJV jo,L <br />~~~ . <br />~.: o <br />~..o <br />.~ .o <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Plonning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DGtB : March 14, 1972 <br />Time : 8:0o PM <br />FIaCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />It was the Commission's feeling that the <br />residents in the area should have been <br />informed of this variance even though the <br />property was outside the 300 ft. radius. <br />Commissioner Hirst expressed the feeling <br />that the change in this tentative map is <br />beneficial to the City, but he also indi- <br />cated that he felt the property owners <br />surrounding this area should have been <br />notified besides the publication of the <br />notice of public hearing. <br />Chairman Garrigan entered a resolution to <br />approve V-72-4 as submitted in the staff <br />re port. This was seconded and approved <br />unanimously. <br />CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT <br />UP-72-1, Approved, <br />Res. No. 1163 <br />Gordon E. Schreiber - conditional use permit <br />to allow a change of use from a cycle repair <br />shop to a plumbing repair shop at 4301 Valle <br />Avenue, Pleasanton, in a C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District. (Western Sierra) <br />There was brief discussion regarding the <br />type of business to be conducted at this <br />shop. <br />Mr. Schrieber, the applicant, was present <br />and indicated that the services rendered <br />would be regular plumbing repair services. <br />As no one else wished to speak, the Public <br />Hearing was closed. <br />Chairman Garrigan entered a resolution to <br />approve this application with the two staff <br />recommendations as conditions. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Absta in: <br />XI XI XIXIX <br />- 5- <br />
