D Gte ; March 14, 1972 Time ; s:oo PM PIa C@; Pleasanton Justice Court With regard to Morrison Homes' Creeks Bend property, this application represents over 200 living units which would, with regard to the magnitude, area and timing, would indi- cate that it should be included in this Study. Preliminary plans have been submitte to staff, but no plans have been submitted to the Planning Commission. With regard to the Elliott property, Mr. Edg r indicated that the main concern is the multiple and commercial areas. Commissioner Hirst reviewed this situation and indicated that he felt the Pleasanton Greens project did not present a problem, but he had some concerns regarding the Vinta e Hills C-F and C-T zoning and the multiple areas, and felt that this should be reviewed further. With regard to the other areas in Vintage Hills, he indicated his feeling was that any planning concern should have been expressed during the seven years of tentativ maps. Regarding the Morrison parcels, he felt these should be included in the Study District with regard to sewage problems only. Chairman Garrigan entered a resolution than. the areas at Black Avenue and Hopyard Road, Creeks Bend, the C-T, Multiple and other Commercial areas of the Elliott area all be placed in the Study District for sewage problems and that the other area as shown on the exhibits be excluded. This was seconded by Commissioner Hirst and carried unanimously. The areas to be included in the Study District fall under the previousl set time limit of six months. A time for the review of these projects will be develo d by staff and presented to the Commission at its March 28, 1972 meeting. -11-
