The <br />intention at this time will be for <br />C-R zoning. <br />Mr. Avner Naggar, architect for the <br />project, indicated that the first <br />phase development would consist of <br />about three department stores. They <br />plan five major stores. <br />No further questions were forthcomin <br />from the Commission or City staff. <br />Mrs. Rosalie Gassaway, 6218 Garner <br />Court inquired if there would be a <br />theater and offices. This was plan <br />as was grocery stores and other <br />every-day needs . <br />Commissioner Wood asked if it was <br />possible to divulge the names of the <br />major tenants at this time. Mr. <br />Fairfield replied that they would <br />prefer not to do so at this time. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Chairman Carrigan then recommended <br />that Stoneson come forward with a <br />site development plan for the <br />Commission's review, and that meeting <br />continue between the staff and develc <br />He also felt that most of the ques- <br />tions would be answered with the <br />presentation of the development plans <br />Commissioner Pons requested more <br />information on the phasing of the <br />development. <br /> <br />r. <br />-5- <br />
