gy$~BAN~°y -CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~ ~~;. <br />~~;ot Planning Commission <br />~rrro t <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />DCte March 28, 1972 <br />Time : 8:00 P.M. <br />PIGCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />The resolution and amendment was <br />seconded by Commissioner Pons and <br />carried unanimously. <br />CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT <br />UP-71-26, Continue <br />to April 25, 1972 <br />Robert H. Lee & Associates - Condi- <br />tional Use Permit to allow the <br />construction of a Texaco Service <br />Station to be located on the northea <br />corner of Sunol Blvd. and Mission <br />Drive in a C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br />District, Pleasanton. <br />The recommendation of staff is that <br />this application be continued until <br />Council makes its findings known <br />with regard to the Service Station <br />Study . <br />Mr. Leonard Harding, representing <br />Mr. Benetti was present and expresses <br />the opinion that although they would <br />go along with the Commission's <br />decision, they would like to have <br />this application considered without <br />any further continuances. <br />City Manager, Bill Edgar, informed <br />the Commission that this matter will <br />come before the City Council on <br />April 24th. <br />The Commission felt that it has an <br />obligation to hear this matter at <br />its next meeting, which will be one <br />day after the Council meeting. <br />This matter was continued until <br />April 25, 1972. <br />-4- <br />
