They <br />conceded the other sites already zoned for <br />possible stations, etc. <br />Commissioner Hirst addressed himself to <br />the conditions of approval, adding certain <br />modifications. <br />With that question settled, a resolution was <br />entered by Chairman Garrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Pons to approve this applicatio <br />with all the standard conditions established <br />for service station approvals. <br />The Commission added that applicant <br />special care with the design of this <br />Willow West Properties - presentation by <br />Mariani, Rainville & Hardy, attorneys for <br />Willow West Properties. <br />The hearing was scheduled by this department <br />in order that Willow West Properties, the <br />owners of the parcel that Homart Development <br />Co. were originally interested in construct- <br />ing a shopping center on, could make their <br />presentation. The attorneys requested this <br />because of the fact that Homart has decided <br />to participate in a joint venture with <br />Stoneson for a shopping center on the Stones <br />site. <br />Motion: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />-3- <br />
