M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Mr. Dick Braden, MacKay & Somps, was <br />present to represent the applicant. <br />He indicated that the maps had been <br />,submitted in July 1971, before the <br />sewer freeze. Mr. Braden indicated <br />',that the only concession requested <br />'.would be the requirement for 80 ft. <br />corner lots. The other items men- <br />tioned by Mr. Castro can be complied <br />with by the developer. <br />Res. No. 1188, <br />Denied <br />Also present was Mr. Don Lawrie of <br />Mackay Homes. <br />Commissioner McLain did not feel that <br />this request can be justified. Com- <br />missioner Pons also expressed concern <br />for nonconforming lots. <br />Discussion followed. <br />A resolution was then offered by <br />Chairman Carrigan, seconded by Com- <br />missioner McLain, allowing the mora- <br />torium extension for Tract 3280, 3281 <br />and 3334, but denying the request for <br />Tentative Overall Map 3375. <br />Brookvale Property Company - request <br />to allow an auto supply store to lo- <br />cate in the Val Vista Shopping Center <br />This was a request made by Mr. Ed <br />Raphel of Singer Housing Company, re- <br />questing an auto supply use in a C-N <br />District. <br />Mr. Raphel was present to speak for <br />this request.
