He indi- <br />cated that he had been told many time <br />by staff that a auto parts store woul <br />not be permitted in a C=N District, o <br />he would have moved into a shopping <br />center himself. <br />Mr. Louis Leon, also of 410 Main Stre~t, <br />spoke reiterating Sid's remarks. <br />Commissioner Pereira stated that the <br />City's commercial uses in relation <br />to commercial districts were reviewed <br />last year and he felt that the Ordin- <br />ance should be upheld. <br />Mr. Raphel continued to endorse the <br />request of Brook vale Properties. <br />It was the consensus of opinion that <br />the commercial uses as noted in the <br />Zoning Ordinance, being checked per- <br />iodically, are valid and should be <br />upheld. <br />ccordingly, a resolution was offered <br />nd passed, denying the request of <br />rook vale Properties to allow the <br />uto supply use in a C-N District. <br />TENTATIVE SUB- entative Tract Map #3102 - Oakhill <br />DIVISION MAP (Refile). <br />Tent.
