(Tract 3375 over Abstain: <br />all Tentative and Tracts 3280, 3281 <br />and 3334). <br />Secretary Castro advised the Commis- <br />sioners that there was a modificatio <br />in the staff report; that after fur- <br />ther review, the staff will support <br />the continuance of the moratorium fo <br />Tracts 3280, 3281 and 3334, but that <br />overall Tentative Tract 3375 should <br />be denied the moratorium extension. <br />The reasoning being that Tracts 3280 <br />3281 and 3334 are not already final <br />subdivision maps yet. <br />Senior Planner Aiello explained the <br />provisions in the moratorium adopted <br />on May 3, 1968 as noted under Article <br />28 of the Ordinance Code of the City. <br />It was explained that the moratorium <br />was necessary because of the increas <br />width now required by ordinance for <br />sideyards, front yards, corner lots <br />and driveway lengths. <br />X <br />-8- <br />
