Commissioner McLain wished <br />discussion on the question of the <br />driveway ingress/egress. Secretary <br />Castro informed the Commission that <br />because the driveways were common <br />driveways for the use of the center <br />as well as the service station it is <br />impossible to modify their design. <br />hairman Carrigan felt the standard <br />equirement for the removal of the <br />tation within 90 days when left vac- <br />nt...should be added. <br />Mr. Don Kallenberg, representing <br />Humble Oil, was present and agreed <br />wi th the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Kallenberg pointed out that the <br />station design will be architectur- <br />ally coordinated with the rest of <br />the center. <br />e Public Hearing was then closed. <br />ome discussion ensued regarding the <br />uestion of the driveways and traffic <br />igns that could be installed advisinc <br />otorists of ingress and egress. <br />A resolution was then passed approvinc <br />the request of Humble Oil Company for <br />the variance to the number of requirec <br />parking spaces, the design of the <br />service station and the sign for said <br />station.
