No. 1185 <br />pon motion of Chairman Garrigan, <br />econded by Commissioner Pereira, and <br />arried, the minutes of May.9, 1972, <br />ere approved as submitted. <br />Added Items - 13a, Parking Problem <br />at the Mackay Apartments at Hopyard <br />and Golden. <br />13b - Design for proposed service <br />station at Sunol Boulevard (Texaco). <br />Humble Oil & Refining Company - vari- <br />ance to reduce the on-site parking <br />spaces requirement to 8, in lieu of <br />the required 10. Site plan, land- <br />scaping and architectural review to <br />allow construction of an Enco service <br />station. Design review for a signing <br />program for an Enco service station. <br />Said station for all three locations <br />to be located at the southeasterly <br />corner of Valley Avenue and Hopyard <br />Road in a C-N (Commercial Neighbor- <br />hood) District, Pleasanton. <br />'Secretary Castro made reference to th <br />,remarks made by the Police Department <br />lobjecting to the driveway locations <br />for this service station.
