q~$~s""~°~ CITY of PLEASAIVTON <br />~~e <br />.~.:o.•~ Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Data ; June 13 , 19 72 <br />Time : 8 :35 P .M. <br />PIG CB; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />MATTERS FOR INFOR- <br />MATION OF COMMISSI <br />Secretary Castro explained the staff <br />report and the letter from V.C.S.D. <br />Commissioner McLain stated concern re <br />garding the possibility of the devel- <br />oper being unable to adhere to the <br />sewer system requirements as noted in <br />the street patterns, then a modificat <br />of the street pattern would be in ord <br />and some modification of the entire <br />tract would also be in order. He fel <br />that more of these items should be <br />tied down before a map is brought in. <br />Discussion followed, especially re- <br />garding the earthquake fault that sup• <br />posedly runs through this development <br />The City Attorney indicated that this <br />matter could be continued for two <br />weeks while study was conducted on <br />the location of the fault. <br />Mr. Dick Braden, representing the ap- <br />plicant, indicated that an earthquake <br />study had pinpointed the southwest <br />section of the high school site. Thi: <br />study had been conducted by Gribaldo, <br />Jacobson & James. The soils report <br />will be forthcoming prior to final <br />map application. <br />A resolution was then entered and <br />passed approving the refile of Tenta- <br />tive Tract #3102, Oakhill. <br />Parking situation on the unimproved <br />strip of land for the Mackay apart- <br />ments and the unsolved problem of car: <br />'parked on said strip. Mr. Castro in- <br />dicated that he will get together witt <br />,the Director of Public Works and the <br />'Police Chief to resolve this situation <br />.on <br />'r <br />-11- <br />
