Mr. Schwab replied that it <br />would take the back road of Vineyard <br />east to Isabel and across into <br />Livermore. <br />A motion was passed to the effect <br />that the Commission supports this <br />transfer station and wished to pass <br />this finding on the Council for re- <br />ferral to Alameda County. <br />Several people who were present asked <br />to speak as they were under the im- <br />pression this was a public hearing. <br />It was explained to them that it was <br />not, but that they would be allowed <br />to be heard. <br />Mr. Schwab advised all present that <br />the final decision by the County is <br />to be made on August 16.
