The inconclusive vote caused <br />the motion to die. <br />A recommendation was then offered by <br />Commisisoner Periera that this matter <br />be tabled for two weeks and in that <br />time representatives of the Planning <br />Commission, City Council, the City <br />Manager and Director of Community <br />Development would meet_with the party <br />in authority in the State Savings and <br />Loan Commission office to determine <br />just what their policy is regarding <br />the allowing of savings and loan <br />institutions to locate in an area <br />where another one is already present. <br />It was decided that this matter would <br />be pursued in that manner and a repor <br />would be made to the Commission by the <br />next meeting. <br />'.Review of request from homeowners wit] <br />in the Mackay Patio Villa development <br />Ito allow construction of enclosed pat, <br />This was a request for a completely <br />enclosed patio.
