The need <br />for so large an amount of acreage <br />is to accommodate the required <br />arking, etc. There must be ample <br />circulatory roads also. This center <br />ill be multi-leveled and will be <br />atterned after the Eastridge Center <br />'n San Jose. <br />e indicated that Bayshore Properties <br />relieves in producing quality develop <br />gents because it is their intention t <br />ave their tenants reside here for <br />zany years to come. High standards <br />f architecture will be employed. <br />he traffic pattern that must be laid <br />ut to siphon traffic to Stone ridge <br />rive, Interstate #580 and #680, <br />equires magazine or ring roads which <br />ill surround the center. Also <br />urrounding the center will be <br />peripheral of complementary uses <br />uch as recreation buildings, banks, <br />ounges, office complexes, etc. It <br />ust be emphasized that the peripher- <br />1 uses as shown on the submitted <br />ap is purely conceptual. <br />r. Burkhardt further emphasized that <br />he road which will encircle the major <br />enter and its ancillary uses would <br />e proposed as a private road and the <br />ntire property remain as such to <br />e maintained by the owners of the <br />-5- <br />
