Utility plans have already', <br />been submitted to the Engineering <br />staff - at least schematically - for <br />the entire project. <br />Mr. Fairfield further described that <br />the regional center is not being <br />recommended for a P.U.D., but that <br />the Commission would have full design <br />control. Regarding the multiple area <br />he wished to clarify that the P.U.D. <br />requirement recommended be under the <br />RM-2500 density. <br />Mr. Fairfield next made reference to <br />the problems they are encountering <br />with the Murray School District <br />two school sites, and that Stoneson <br />would not ask for credit for the area <br />should the school needs or a BARTD <br />line dictate relinquishing some of <br />their land. It was also emphasized <br />that Stoneson intends to retain the <br />mutiple area for their own develop- <br />ment. <br />Mr. Joe Burkhardt, Bayshore Properti <br />developer of the regional site spoke <br />next. He is General Manager of that <br />organization. <br />Mr. Burkhardt's opening remarks gave <br />background of his organization and <br />cited other centers which his company <br />had developed. He explained the <br />background regarding the joint venture <br />of Homart and Stoneson, he explained <br />that the anchor tneants were the key <br />groups involved in a center of this <br />magnitude and the center itself <br />would reflect basically the needs and <br />-4- <br />
