Mr. Frost suggested that as <br />part of this plan, they could accomm <br />date the direction the City wants <br />to take. Since it is a PUD develop- <br />ment, there is room for negotiation. <br />Secretary Castro indicated that from <br />a land use point of view, there is nc <br />recommendation for change. Perhaps <br />discussion could be conducted between <br />Mr. Patton and Mr. Frost to clarify <br />the needs involved here. <br />Discussion followed on the length of <br />time this area should remain in the <br />Study District. <br />A resolution was then offered by <br />Commissioner Pereira, seconded by <br />Vice Chairman Pons to lift the Study <br />District from those parcels north of <br />Black Avenue and to continue the <br />Del Valle Parkway parcel in the Stud <br />District for not more than 60 days. <br />Upon resolution of Commissioner McLa <br />seconded by Commissioner Pereira, a <br />resolution of intention was offered <br />initiate rezoning procedures to re- <br />classify the properties immediately <br />south of Vineyard Avenue and zoned <br />C-F, RM-15 and RM-4000 to the Single <br />Family R-1-6500 District, that the <br />existing 14 acres be reduced to 10 <br />acres and the remaining 4.03 acres <br />-16- <br />
