In April, 1972, City Council <br />placed this parcel in the Study <br />District and it is Morrison's wish <br />that this designation now be lifted. <br />Mr. Frost requested that the Commis- <br />sion, rather than consider a 90-day <br />study period extension, look to a <br />shorter period. He cited constructi~ <br />arrangements which needed to be made <br />to be able to move starting the <br />following spring. Mr. Frost offered <br />a possible study extension of 45-60 <br />days. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Commissioner Wood asked about the <br />length of time this review by <br />Livingston & Blayney would take. <br />Secretary Castro indicated that they <br />should be able to make a determina- <br />tion by September, thus allowing <br />staff to redefine the growth areas. <br />Secretary Castro informed the Commis ion <br />that Livingston & Blayney is running <br />about 30 days behind schedule on <br />the General Plan review. <br />As noted in the staff report, there <br />were questions regarding the propos <br />bike trail and it was Commissioner <br />Pereira's feeling that if the quest <br />-15- <br />
