Landscaping, and <br />sprinkler plans were also presented. <br />It was explained that there will be <br />mounding in the front yard, thus <br />bringing the fence height up to <br />6 ft., it should be noted that the <br />fence itself will be only 4 ft. 7 in, <br />high. <br />Commissioner Pereira clarified for <br />Mr. Labrucherie's information that <br />all the previous conditions of <br />approval imposed by the Board of <br />Adjustment are still applicable, <br />plus some additional ones he would <br />be adding. <br />A resolution was then <br />Commissioner Pereira, <br />Commissioner Wood and <br />approving Mr. Labruch~ <br />landscaping and fence <br />the added conditions: <br />-17- <br />offered by <br />seconded by <br />carried, <br />Brie's <br />design, with <br /> <br />.e solution <br />econded <br />.yes <br />oes: <br />bsent: <br />bstain <br />
