Also <br />it is the Planning Commission's intent to <br />reclassify the neighborhood shopping center <br />fronting Pico Avenue and Tawny Drive con- <br />sisting of approximately 14 acres, more or <br />less, to approximately 10 acres for a commer~ <br />cial neighborhood shopping center, with the <br />remaining 4 acres, more or less, to be desig~ <br />nated as a PUD Multiple Development (RM-2500 <br />density), said property more precisely des- <br />cribed as Parcel 946-2551-1. <br />Chairman Ga rriga n then announced that one of <br />the propert'y'owner's representative had not <br />been duly notified of this proposed rezoning, <br />and under those circumstances, would enter- <br />tain a recommendation to continue this matte <br />until all parties concerned would have suffi~ <br />cient time to prepare a proper review from <br />their individual standpoints. <br />The Public Hearing was then continued to <br />October 17, 1972. <br />le) <br />-3- <br />
