4y$~~AN~°ti CITY of PLEASANTON
i~ '.~
,~
..,o
`~~~° Planning Commission
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING.
Dete : October 3, 1972
Time : 8:00 P.M.
PIaCe: Pleasanton Justice Court
The next item discussed was brought
by Commissioner Pons who acknowledge
that the parking situation appears
to have been alleviated with the
installation of the No Parking Signs
at the Mackay apartments on Hopyard
Road .
Commissioners Pons inquired about
the Dr. Meiers violation. This was
the garage conversion at 1672 Calle
Santiago.
Secretary Castro advised that Mr.
John Corley is representing Dr.
Meier. Mr. Corley's secretary had
been in touch with Mr. Castro, and
Mr. Corley was asked to call as soon
as he could.
Mr. Dobbins, Chief Building Inspector
made an inspection of the premises an
from outward appearances, it seemed
that additional work had been done
on the garage.
The doctor is aware of the restric-
tions imposed in the C.C.&R. of the
development which clearly states that
he is not to make modifications with-
out prior approval of the President
of the Homeowners Association and of
the City .
Secretary Castro has discussed this
problem with the Homeowners Associa-
tion President, Mr. Jack Bullock,
since Dr. Meiers is parking cars on
the private side of the street, which
is prohibited.
This matter will be looked into with
Mr. Corley as soon as possible.
-8-
