gV~~sAN~°y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~; . <br />.~ <br />`~~~° Planning Commission <br />~wM~v s <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Dote : October 3, 1972 <br />Time : 8:0o P.M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Commissioner Pereira brought up the <br />question of the proposed bike. path <br />along Hopyard Road where it extends <br />south of the Arroyo del Valle. It <br />was Commissioner Pereira's recollec-~ <br />tion that conditions were imposed <br />to allow for a future bicycle path. <br />The Public Works Department was <br />requested to research-this. <br />Commissioner Pereira brought up the <br />question of the swimming pool <br />approved by the Board of Adjustment <br />for Mr. Gilbert Labrucherie on <br />Mirador Drive. One of the conditions <br />for approval was that the applicant <br />not have any pool equipment protrude <br />lover the fence line. Mr. Labrucherie <br />pis in violation of this condition. <br />The staff is to check into-this. <br />The Commissioners wished to know if <br />there is an ordinance to control <br />storing of junk/wrecked automobiles <br />in backyards. Mr. Castro indicated <br />that there is, but that there is no <br />personnel to enforce it. <br />The Chairmanship retation was brough <br />up next. <br />Chairman Carrigan offered a motion <br />to appoint Commissioner Pons to the <br />Chair, with Commissioner Pereira as <br />Vice Chairman. No second to this <br />motion was forthcoming. <br />After some deliberation, Commissioner <br />Pereira seconded this motion and it <br />passed unanimously.. <br />-9- <br />
