He concluded his <br />remarks by indicating that some con- <br />clusive and positive action should be <br />taken on these properties at this tim <br />The staff's recommendation is that th <br />Western Sierra parcel be zoned in the <br />P.U.D. - that the Wortham property <br />remain in the Agricultural District - <br />that the Mel Mack property be zoned i <br />the C-F District, to accommodate the <br />existing motel. <br />Mr. Jack Bras spoke to this applicati <br />indicating that he had been retained <br />Valley Realty to work out their desig <br />plans.
