However, it was his <br />recommendation that it be allowed <br />under a conditional use permit. <br />The standard fee is $75. Perhaps the <br />Commission may wish to have Council <br />set the fee. <br />Mr. Leonard Krill, the originator of <br />the request to keep two chickens at <br />his single family home, was present <br />and felt that the $75 fee would be <br />prohibitive for this request. <br />rs. Margene Helling wished to know <br />f this ordinance would apply to <br />ursery school operations. The <br />nswer was no. <br />Public Hearing was then closed. <br />A resolution was then offered by <br />Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by <br />Chairman Pons approving this ordin- <br />ance amendment to allow fow 1 or rabbi s <br />conditionally in a single-family <br />dwelling. This passed unanimously. <br />Commissioner McLain then complimented <br />the two young people who initiated th s <br />ordinance amendment, stating that <br />they took their request through the <br />legal system to change the system to <br />a more workable situation. <br />Study District E. <br />Secretary Castro talked to Mr. Bud <br />Lake of Morrison Homes, owner of the <br />property in question.
