Mr. Sooby of Public Work <br />drew on the board an illustration the <br />manner in which this phase of improve ent <br />will be handled. <br />ecretary Castro told the Commission <br />hat the conditions discussed at the <br />eeting of October 17, 1972, were <br />till applicable, for the completion <br />f staff records, although it is pos- <br />ible that some of them have already <br />een cleared up by the applicant. <br />he Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Commissioner McLain indicated he was <br />much more pleased with this revision. <br />His only concern was that he had re- <br />ceived phone calls generating the <br />feeling that the staff and Commission <br />were against this project. This is <br />not so, as the sole intent of the <br />Commission and staff is to produce <br />the best possible development for the <br />funding available. <br />he Chairman voiced a hope that this <br />roject will be a worthwhile one and <br />nswer some of the housing needs in <br />he community.
