M. <br />PIGCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />the Val Vista development (Singer <br />Housing Company), fronting on <br />Stoneridge Drive, Holland Drive <br />and Denker Drive, Pleasanton. <br />The Public Hearing was opened. <br />The City Attorney stated that for <br />the records, those who spoke to <br />the environmental impact statement <br />and the rezoning application during <br />the presentation on the impact <br />statement, should so state that thei <br />remarks apply to this application as <br />well. <br />Accordingly, Mr. Stephen Chandler, <br />representing Singer Housing stated <br />that the remarks he made be incor- <br />porated in this application as well. <br />They object to the proposed change <br />in land use and the procedures under <br />which the proposed change has come <br />about and have indicated to the City <br />Attorney that their presence at the <br />Commission meeting and speaking be- <br />fore this body should in no way be <br />construed to mean acceptance of the <br />procedures used by both Council <br />and Commission. <br />Mr. Ron Pardini of Singer Housing <br />also requested that his remarks <br />apply to this application. <br />Mr. Hank Farrell, representing <br />Qualified Investments, Inc. spoke <br />next and asked that his previous <br />remarks be shown as applying to this <br />application for clarification of the <br />records. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />Secretary Castro summarized the re- <br />port of September 19, 1972, for the <br />records also. <br />-7- <br />
