M. <br />PIOCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />REZONING REQUEST <br />RZ-72-11, Continued <br />to January 9, 1973 <br />Mr. Farrell then spoke requesting <br />that the parcel owned by Qualified <br />Investments be relieved from the <br />rezoning consideration. <br />The Public Hearing was then closed. <br />The City Attorney advised the Commis <br />sinners that all the Planning Commis <br />sion need do is acknowledge the impa <br />statement as presented and take it <br />into account as a land use, which <br />was so done. <br />Application of the Planning Commis- <br />sion to rezone from the R-1-6500 <br />(Single Family) District and the <br />A (Agricultural) District, those <br />properties or parcels identified as <br />follows <br />Tract #3311 from the R-1-6500 (Single <br />Family Residential) District to the <br />C-S (Commercial Service), P (Public ~ <br />and Institutional), and I-P (Indus- <br />trial Park) Districts, or such other <br />land use as deemed acceptable to <br />the Planning Commission, and <br />Tract #3312 from the R-1-6500 (Singl <br />Family Residential) District to the <br />P (Public and Institutional) Distric <br />or such other land use as deemed <br />acceptable to the Planning Commis- <br />sion, and <br />Parcel #941-1302-2-19 from the A <br />(Agricultural) District to the C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District, P <br />(Public and Institutional) District <br />and I-P (Planned Industrial) Distric <br />or such other land use as deemed <br />acceptable to the Planning Commissio <br />and said parcel containing more or <br />less 13.85 acres.
