The Public Hearing was then closed. The City Attorney advised the Commis sinners that all the Planning Commis sion need do is acknowledge the impa statement as presented and take it into account as a land use, which was so done. Application of the Planning Commis- sion to rezone from the R-1-6500 (Single Family) District and the A (Agricultural) District, those properties or parcels identified as follows Tract #3311 from the R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential) District to the C-S (Commercial Service), P (Public ~ and Institutional), and I-P (Indus- trial Park) Districts, or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Planning Commission, and Tract #3312 from the R-1-6500 (Singl Family Residential) District to the P (Public and Institutional) Distric or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Planning Commis- sion, and Parcel #941-1302-2-19 from the A (Agricultural) District to the C-S (Commercial Service) District, P (Public and Institutional) District and I-P (Planned Industrial) Distric or such other land use as deemed acceptable to the Planning Commissio and said parcel containing more or less 13.85 acres.
