V~A3A1yTo ~ _. <br />4 ~ ~ y CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~~ '~!• <br />'~~~° Planning Commission <br />~MMtO f <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date : December 12, 1972 <br />Time : 8:1s P.M. <br />PIaCe; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />the City is asking for is Planning <br />Commission support. <br />The Commission members felt that <br />before any position can be taken by <br />them, a written report will need to <br />be submitted. <br />Mr. Edgar explained that the General <br />Plans for the cities of Pleasanton a <br />Livermore overlap at this time; the <br />School Districts are very much out <br />of line and this change in boundary <br />lines is an attempt to bring the <br />districts closer to their respective <br />jurisdictions. <br />Commissioner Carrigan did not feel <br />that the Ruby Hill area should be <br />excluded from Pleasanton's planning <br />boundary. <br />Some discussion followed and the <br />general feeling was that an evalua- <br />tion report would have to come from <br />the staff for Commission's review <br />before any further input can be give . <br />Review of Home Occupation Policy and otion: <br />Related Fee Schedule. Seconded: <br /> yes: <br />Secretary Castro explained the situa oes: <br />tion. More and more requests are Absent: <br />being received to conduct businesses Abstain: <br />out of the home. These businesses <br />cover a wide variety. The Commis- <br />sion's previous policy was that if <br />the use is clearly incidental to the <br />use of the home, then it could <br />qualify.
