Both Mr. Castro and the <br />City Attorney concurred with this <br />statement. Mr. Lake told the Com- <br />mission that at the present time he <br />does not have an actual plan for <br />development of the parcel, except <br />that they did not intend to utilize <br />the previous development plan sub- <br />mitted. <br />There was some discussion regarding <br />a stand of trees on the southwest <br />portion of the property and Mr. .Lake <br />stated that Morrison intends to pre- <br />serve these trees. <br />It was Commissioner Pereira's feeling <br />'that this parcel should be taken out <br />of the Study District, and a resolu- <br />tion was offered by him, seconded by <br />Commissioner McLain, recommending <br />that Study District Area E be lifted <br />from that parcel commonly known as <br />the Del Valle Parkway property and <br />the P.U.D. designation be attached <br />to it. <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton <br />to consider the establishment of the <br />precise alignment of Foothill Road <br />between Muirwood Drive (south) and <br />Oak Creek Drive, Pleasanton. <br />Director of Engineering Services, <br />Don Sooby, presented the recommenda- <br />tion of the Public Works Department, <br />using graphic aids. <br />-5- <br />
