Johnson lands, etc., but this is not <br />shown at this phase. , <br />At the end of Phase 1, the shopping center <br />should be in and hopefully, Johnson & Johnso'. <br />Regarding physical improvements, Foothill <br />Road between ~~580 and Stoneridge Drive shoul <br />tie widened. A fire station will be needed. <br />It is essential that both West Las Positas <br />Blvd. and Stoneridge Drive be completed. <br />There may be some participation by the City <br />to provide some ingress/egress to the Johnso <br />& Johnson development. <br />With improvement of Youth Sports Park, it is <br />essential that West Las Positas Blvd. be <br />extended and connected to the park area to <br />avoid excessive traffic through Pleasanton <br />Valley. <br />In the C.B.D. area, Division Street, St.Maryl <br />Street and Peters Street need to be given pr~ <br />also Bernal and Pico will be necessary if <br />more people are added to the easterly portio~ <br />Further improvements will need to take place <br />at the area around the mobile home parks <br />on Vineyard Avenue; likewise at Sunol <br />Boulevard in the vicinity of Kaiser and the <br />cemetery. <br />rity; <br />The school projections are close to the <br />School District's numbers.
