M. <br />FIO C8; Pleasanton Justice Court <br />After all discussions were completed, the <br />following actions were taken: <br />PRECISE PLAN LINE <br />Approved, Res. No. <br />1227 <br />A resolution was entered by Acting Chairman <br />Pereira, seconded by Commissioner Garrigan <br />and ratified by all present that RZ-72-11 <br />be rejected in its entirety. <br />Another resolution was offered by Acting <br />Chairman Pereira, seconded by Commissioner i <br />Garrigan and carried, placing Parcel 941- i <br />1302-2-19 owned by Qualified Investments,Inc~ <br />in a Study District not to exceed 120 days. <br />A motion was offered by Commissioner Garrigan <br />seconded by Commissioner Wood and carried, <br />that consideration be given at the time of <br />final map filing for Tract 3311 that a stone <br />wall be constructed instead of a wooden fence <br />to separate the single family development <br />from Parcel 941-1302-2-19. <br />Application of the City of Pleasanton to ;Res: <br />consider the establishment of the precise Sec: <br />alignment of Foothill Road between Muirwood ;Ayes: <br />Drive (south) and Oak Creek Drive, Pleasanto .Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Director of Engineering Services, Don Sooby,;Abstain: <br />made the presentation. ~ <br />He indicated that at the ]a st meeting he had <br />advised the Commission that the removal of <br />three oak trees would be required for improv - <br />ment of Foothill Road in the vicinity of they <br />high school. He has since determined that <br />perhaps no trees would need to be sacrificed~~ <br />Mr. Sooby stressed that the main objective ;~ <br />is to provide a safe means of ingress/egress] <br />for school traffic that will be using this ~~ <br />high school site. It is now projected to ~~ <br />open in September with a freshman class only <br />In attempting to keep traffic safety the <br />foremost consideration, they also attempted <br />not to lose sight of the desires of the <br />Commission to preserve the rural characteris- <br />tics of that part of the City.
