Review of side yard fencing on property Motion: located at 6019 Allbrook Circle, Pleasanton. Seconded: yes: Secretary Castro gave the background for Noes: the area in question. This development bsent: was approved by the City under a P.U.D., bstain: and plans were submitted for each individual lot. The sideyard requirement for a corner lot was set at 15 ft. This was also a i .requirement that came under Ord. No. 309. With the new Ord. 520, the sideyard require- ment has been reduced to 10 ft. The owner of the property in question, Mr. Riddlebarge,, is requesting that he be allowed to encroachi a little further than what the old ordinance allowed. Senior Planner Harris indicated that he had made a field check of the property, as did Commissioner McLain. Mr. Riddlebarger was present and drew a sketch of the situation and what he is proposing. Discussion followed. A motion was offered approving Mr. Riddlebar er's request per the sketch on file with the Planning Division, and with the understand- ing that the stakes for the location of the fence would be placed in the ground and the Planning staff inspect the location of the posts before the balance of the fence is constructed.
